We are committed to various causes!

In the beginning, there was the vision at IMR to combine our metal and recycling competence with sustainable social causes and standards.

Environmental awareness and sustainable actions are becoming ever more important today. That’s why we get involved in the regions of our two company locations; among other things, we are offering plant tours for nursery schools and primary schools in order to introduce our youngest already to the concept of recycling and the associated environmental awareness.

Integration of refugees

The economic results of diversity are real and quantifiable. Being open towards diversity will teach us flexibility and understanding. In our „Diversity Team“ meanwhile made up of people from 22 nations, we already successfully integrated refugees from crisis areas.

We are thus particularly pleased about the award by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Central Lower Rhine region.
