Internal Reporting Channel

All employees are encouraged to report uncertainties, serious grievances or suspected cases. Reports should be made immediately to the manager, human resources department or anonymously via our solicitor. IMR Innovative Metal Recycling GmbH will investigate all reports with due diligence and take appropriate action if necessary. Reports will be treated confidentially. No one will suffer any disadvantages or negative consequences as a result of a report made in good faith on the basis of an actual or suspected violation of applicable law, our code of conduct, our guidelines or other regulations. Hostile behaviour towards whistleblowers will not be tolerated, nor will abuse of the reporting option.
It is possible to report information anonymously. This can be done internally in writing by placing an informal letter without personal details in the letterboxes for association entries/near-accident reports, or by writing, telephoning or contacting our solicitor, Ms Ingrid Kohlmann, by email.

External parties are also entitled to report incidents via the solicitor.
