Health-work cycle is our name for the wide range of health-promoting activities and measures that we offer. Our team meets regularly to discuss and implement new, innovative approaches. All employees are invited to actively contribute their ideas. The goals we pursue through the health-work cycle fall into three essential areas under the following headings:

Measures from our diverse activity package – such as job-bike leasing, group runs and, in acute cases, osteopathy appointments – contribute to employees’ general well-being.

With Life Kinetik training for body and mind, we improve concentration, promote creativity and increase mental capacity.

Inner work helps us on an emotional level to get to know ourselves better and to create the basis for mindful, healthy and productive cooperation.

More activity.

With job-bike leasing, we’ve introduced an environmental and health-promoting alternative for getting to work. In addition, the sport enthusiasts among us take part in Krefeld’s annual running event for local companies. And for all who are interested, our own regular group run is the ideal chance to prepare.

For breaks during the working day, we’ve established comfortable areas in our facilities where our employees can relax and recharge. We provide free fruit baskets, mineral water and coffee, giving everyone a convenient source of extra nutrition and fluids.

More agility.

Life Kinetik is a highly effective form of training for body and mind – an opportunity to achieve unimagined change while also having fun. It combines exercises in perception with cognitive challenges and unaccustomed movement. Its aim is to optimally interconnect the cerebral hemispheres to activate dormant brain potential.
